DNS failures

Looks like large parts of the internet are failing, seems to be DNS issues to me.

See isitdownrightnow.com/ downdetector.co.uk/ etc

I was trying to access natwest.com

www.natwest.com now back up. So over 2 hours down.

One thing I noticed is that www.natwest.com was pointing to a microsoft datacenter in Frankfurt, but now its Redmond (US west coast). So they've had to to some sort of failover.
