It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our very dear friend and colleague, Phillip Wright “Sheep”.
We understand that this may come as a shock to many of you and our hearts are with you 💖
Sheep has been an integral and much-loved member of the My Cause UK and Ethical Staffing family for many years. His sudden departure has left a deep hole in our hearts, and we know many of you will be feeling this loss as profoundly as we are.
Sheep was so much more than a colleague. He was a source of light, laughter, and compassion (and let’s not forget how his dress sense lit up the fields like no other!!)
His charismatic vibe brightened up every room he entered – always the first to offer a kind word, a helping hand, or a much-needed moment of sparkle during a long shift.
Sheep’s empathy, understanding, and support for those around him earned him the love and respect of every single team member he worked alongside
His impact on our clients was just as powerful – he represented our values with such integrity, and brought people together wherever he went. Whether leading a team on-site or simply offering a moment of connection in a hectic event environment, Sheep left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered; he was nothing short of remarkable 🫶🏽
We’ve lost someone truly special. A team player, a leader, a friend, and a beautiful soul.
Words can never truly capture the essence of who he was, but if you had the privilege of knowing Sheep, you’ll understand the kind of magic he brought into the world.
Our thoughts and love are with Sheep’s family, his close friends, and the entire crew & community that he helped shape and inspire.
Sheep will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
