1. We've got an absolutely stacked line up of over 650 different bands, artists, performers, workshops, talks, installations and all the other bonkers brilliance you can imagine 💥
2. GOAT will be making their Shambala debut, in what will be their only UK performance in 2026! Their music follows a kaleidoscopic vision part ritual, part celebration blending afrobeat rhythms, Anatolian funk, heavy doses of acidic grooves, hypnotic incantations, and serpentine guitar lines 🐐
3. You may have already heard that the beloved Compass Presents has had a wildly swanky upgrade, and is now located in a towering spiegeltent. In this most sumptuous of performance palaces, you’ll find one helluva line up 💫
4. 2026 marks a whole decade of Shambala being a veggie paradise, and we know that for a lot of you, the food is every bit as important as the music. This year's menu looks particularly banging. All your firm favourites have returned, and we’re welcoming a raft of brand new food-faces to boot! 🍔
5. The legendary Shambala Carnival returns, and this one’s all about turning lyrics into looks. From chart-toppers to cult classics, power ballads to guilty pleasures, protest songs to pop perfection – all genres, eras and artists, all misheard lyrics, deep cuts and one-hit wonders are fair game 🎤
6. Embark on a quest for the ages with our Shambolic Pub Crawl! Pick up your "Loyaltea card" at any of our on-site boozers (The Wonky Cock, Sibín Beag and The Wait Hart) and complete the crawl by visiting all three! 🍻
7. Flamboyant Friday turns purple! Root through your wardrobes and hunt for charity shop treasures in shades of lavender, lilac, plum, violet, magenta, tyrian, indigo and everything in-between as we invite you to come together – our purple people – and dress from head to toe in bright, beautiful unison next Friday! 💜
8. We're a very family-friendly festival, with a wild side. We do everything we can to make the festival great for the whole family… From dedicated family camping, to entire areas especially for the little’uns and family-friendly programming all across the site, there’s always something to keep the kids entertained! 🐣
9. From the pant-wettingly silly to the poignant and powerful, and everything practical, playful and peculiar in between – our ginormous workshop programme has something for everyone. Most sessions are included in your ticket price, so you can just rock up and dive in 🔨
10. We’ve been in the game for over a quarter of a century, and we know our stuff when it comes to throwing a seriously silly party. And in our opinion, there’s no better way to round off your summer! 🌞
