In typically trail-blazing fashion, Shambala is the world’s first festival to trial a cutting edge tech initiative, replacing staff across the event with AI hubs, staffed by a dedicated festival super chat bot. Shambalans, meet Pam Bala.
Pam Bala, will replace the staff teams at the on site box offices, public information points and all campsite hubs - providing instant access to fast, up-to-date information that is almost always factual.
We regret that we have not been able to inform former staff prior to this announcement, but those affected will now have a chance to enjoy the festival, rather than spending hours answering silly questions whilst everyone else has all the fun!
As a goodwill gesture, this announcement comes ahead of ticket sell-out, so if your role has been affected, make sure you buy your final tier tickets sharpish and we’ll see you in the fields! 🎟️
